Copyright Agreement and Submission Declaration

By submitting any written content, images, or other materials (“Submission”) to the Dictionary, I agree to the following:

 

1. Transfer of Copyright

I acknowledge that the copyright of the submitted content shall be owned by the Dictionary upon submission. The Dictionary may store, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the Submission on its website.

2. Rights to Edit and Modify

I understand and agree that the editorial team of the Dictionary may edit, revise, supplement, or request modification of my Submission to ensure accuracy, clarity, and suitability for publication.

3. Originality Guarantee

I declare that the Submission is my own original work, and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party. The content has not been copied from any other source without proper authorization.

4. Photograph Copyright Assurance

If the Submission includes photographs or other visual materials, I confirm that (a) I own the rights to these images, or (b) I have obtained the necessary permission from the rightful copyright holders, or (c) the images are publicly available and do not violate copyright restrictions. I declare that the usage of such images in the Dictionary does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

5. Liability

I agree to be fully responsible for any legal disputes, claims, or damages arising from the Submission due to copyright violation or infringement.

By providing my Submission, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Copyright Agreement and Submission Declaration.
